	For prints, a photo on canvas or publication rights you order at HKF a license for a one-time or permanent use of a photo.		Voor fotoafdrukken, een foto op canvas of voor publicatierechten bestelt u bij HKF een licentie voor een eenmalig of permanent gebruik van een foto.
	You will receive a digital file of the photo by e-mail, so you can print the photo or make publication as you wish yourselves.		U ontvangt een digitaal bestand van de foto per e-mail, waarna u de afdruk of publicatie zelf en naar eigen wens kunt (laten) uitvoeren.

	License Agreement		Licentieovereenkomst

	- One-time user license: personal license for a one-time use of a photo.		- Eenmalige gebruikerslicentie: persoonlijke licentie voor eenmalig gebruik.
	- Permanent user license: personal license to use a photo multiple times for multiple projects. No limits throughout period, territory or print-run.		- Permanente gebruikerslicentie: persoonlijke licentie voor het onbeperkt rechtenvrij gebruiken van een foto voor verschillende projecten, zonder beperkingen t.a.v. periode, gebied of oplage.

	The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.		De licentie is niet-exclusief en niet-overdraagbaar.

	Standard file type JPEG, RGB colors. For other wishes please contact HKF.		Standaard bestandsformaat JPEG, kleurmodes RGB. Neem voor overige wensen contact op met HKF.
	Photo numbers starting with 01-09 are:		Fotonummers beginnend met cijfers 01 t/m 09 zijn:
	- analog scanned at 300 dpi at 10x15 cm		- analoog gescand op 300 dpi op 10x15 cm
	Photo numbers starting with 10-13 are:		Fotonummers beginnend met cijfers 10 t/m 13 zijn:
	- 6.3 million pixels (3072x2048 pixels)		- 6.3 miljoen pixels (3072x2048 pixels)
	Photo numbers starting with 14 and up are:		Fotonummers beginnend met cijfers 14 en hoger zijn:

You will receive a 20% discount on the license price if you:		U ontvangt u 20% korting op de licentieprijs indien u:

2. Within 30 days after revceiving the digital file, you will send a copy of the issue to: HKF, P.O. Box, 5, NL-6800 AA Arnhem, The Netherlands.		2. Binnen 30 dagen na toezending van het digitaal bestand een bewijsexemplaar van de publicatie stuurt aan: HKF, Postbus 5, 6800 AA Arnhem.

Payment		Betaling

The only way of payment is by direct bank deposit. Please contact us to get the specific transfer and account information. Any banking fees and/or charges are of your responsibility. You will receive an invoice by post.		U ontvangt het hoge resolutie bestand per e-mail of op cd-rom, samen met de orderbevestiging. Vervolgens ontvangt u een factuur per post. De betalingstermijn bedraagt 30 dagen.
Please note: International customers have to pay in advance. Orders will only be processed after receipt of payment.
